The bible says that God is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent  and we are bound to worship Him when we grasp the wonders of His majesty.  But Adonai goes a step further; he transforms our worship.

  1. He gives His son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us, stating that whosoever believes in Him (Jesus), receives power to become a son of God. He gives us an opportunity to drop rituals and traditions and talk to Him as we would talk to our friends and family.
  2. All we need to do, according to God is simply present ourselves before him and by using the name of Jesus, pray.
  3. He does not specify where and when to do this or even how we should be dressed during prayer; He encourages us to go to Him as we are. And despising  the rituals and repetitions of the religious, Jesus insists on simple prayers; hereby setting us free to pray in whatever way we choose.

So if you feel a need to pray, pray. All you need to remember is that at the mention of the name of Jesus, God is listening.
